Through the course of my years at Bio-Rad, I’ve constantly taken on new challenges. One significant challenge is the mobile first app that I created from concept to design. After extensive research, I targeted an area the company was loosing revenues and solely took on the task of designing an app from concept to wireframe and finally layout. The App’s purpose was to significantly reduce consumable spoilage, increase overall revenues, while automating the Supply Center stocking process – freeing up time for sales reps to sell more products. The project included timelines, revenue projections and a solid tracking system to monitor the apps success.
